Josep Miguel Piqué is the President of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) and Executive President of La Salle Technova Innovation Park in Barcelona. He promotes 22@Barcelona as a global reference of Knowledge Cities on Smart Cities.
