With over 20 years of experience in business schools, training, and both non-formal and higher education, I have led and contributed to a wide range of projects across multiple countries. Over the past 12 years, I’ve spearheaded and collaborated on programs with universities such as MIT, University at Buffalo, BI Norwegian Business School, and Fudan, primarily through my roles in management and teaching at Riga Business School.

My work extends beyond the classroom, as I actively engage in advocacy and policy initiatives focused on higher education reform, AI integration in education, youth development, and workforce upskilling.

My core areas of interest include executive leadership, AI in education, youth development, and social entrepreneurship, where I continue to drive impact through research, education, and consulting
